To amend the pay plan adopted by Ordinance No. 84-284-253 on November 19, 1984, effective January 5, 1985, so as to exclude the class of position Assistant to City Manager for Legislation from Pay Range 64 and to include such class of position Assistant to City Manager for Legislation in Pay Range 62.
