2. Consideration of adopting Resolution #R-24-041 approving a siting agreement between the City of Lynchburg and Quarry Energy Center, LLC (d/b/a East Point Energy) at 2904 Carroll Avenue.
3. Consideration of introducing Resolution #R-24-043 amending the FY 2024 City/Federal/State Aid Fund and appropriating $164,914 for the purchase of an Integrated Ballistics Identification System (IBIS) and related National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN) equipment for the Lynchburg Police Department.
