Resolution 26-G-49 to initiate consideration of a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment ZOTA #26-07 to amend Chapter 78 (ZONING), Article VII (Use Regulations), Section 78-71.1 (Residential Use Category) and Section 78-71.4 (Institutional and Community Service Use Category), to update sections for conformance with the Code of Virginia regarding affordable housing and religious organizations and other tax-exempt properties
2. Resolution 26-G-50 to initiate consideration of a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment ZOTA #26-08 to amend Chapter 78 (ZONING), Article X (Parking), Section 78-100.2 (Minimum off-street parking and loading standards) and Section 78-100.8 (Parking alternatives), to update sections for conformance with the Code of Virginia regarding minimum off-street parking requirements
3. Resolution 26-G-48 to initiate consideration of a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment ZOTA #26-05 to amend Chapter 78 (ZONING), Article VI (Overlay Districts), Section 78-60.3 (Historic District Overlay (HDO)) to clarify the existing language providing the ability of the Historic District Review Board (HDRB) to grant setback reductions to certain properties within the HDO, to allow the HDRB to grant greater setback reductions than what is currently permitted under this section when appropriate with certain standards within the HDO, and clarify that the setback reduction process is separate and exempt from the Certificate of Appropriateness requirement
4. A Closed Meeting pursuant to the Code of Virginia Section 2.2-3711(A)(8), consultation with legal counsel regarding specific legal matters requiring the provision of legal advice by such counsel and pursuant to Code of Virginia Section 2.2-3711(A)(1) for discussion and consideration of the performance of a specific appointee of the public body
5. Resolution 26-G-47 to authorize the Board of Supervisors of Fairfax County to acquire property rights for a public purpose on two privately owned parcels within the corporate limits of the Town of Herndon, which property is needed for construction of the Crestview Drive Walkway Project administered by Fairfax County, Virginia

Resolution 26-G-51 <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">to amend Resolution 25-G-40, to increase the funding request for the application submitted to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) for the Allocation of FY2029 and FY2030 Revenue Sharing Funds for the ‘Locust Street ADA Sidewalk Improvements’ project (UPC 125749) and increase the amount of the Town’s local match</span>
