3. 3 This meeting has been called in accordance with Section 3.04 of the City Charter to discuss the status of affordable housing and redevelopment initiatives, including discussion of ongoing HRHA projects, in the City of Hampton and to learn more about the Hampton Redevelopment and Housing Authority’s strategic plans with regard to these.

Code 2.2-3711(A)(3), (6) and (8) for discussion of disposition of publicly held property and potential investment of public funds, in the LaSalle Corridor, where discussion in open session would adversely affect the bargaining position of the City and Hampton Redevelopment and Housing Authority, and for consultation with legal counsel regarding legal issues associated with the transactions at issue. 24-0508 approved Pass
