The Council of the Town of Berryville will conduct a closed session in accordance with Section §2.2-3711.A.1 of the Code of Virginia, to review the performance of an employee of the Town Council, consider prospective candidates for employment, and discuss the resignation of an employee and Section §2.2-3711.A.29 of the Code of Virginia, discussion of an award of a public contract involving the expenditure of public funds.
