4. <strong>Text amendments to the Subdivision Ordinance Articles I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, and X, and related amendments to the Zoning Ordinance Articles I, II, III, I, and V, to comply with changes to the Code of Virginia that removes Planning Commission and Governing Body approval authority for the administrative review process for plats and plans and assigns such authority to a designated agent; and administrative amendments to otherwise update th Subdivision Ordinance.
