26-3(2) – Agricultural and Forestal Districts. Ordinance to amend County Code Chapter 3, Agricultural and Forestal Districts, Article II, Districts of Statewide Significance, Division 2, Districts, to add lands to the Green Mountain and Chalk Mountain Agricultural and Forestal Districts: a. AFD 2026-02 Green Mountain District Addition. The proposed ordinance would amend Section 3-217, Green Mountain Agricultural and Forestal District, to add Tax Map 120 Parcel 20 and Tax Map 128 Parcel 1. The district has a review period of 10 years and will next be reviewed in December 2035. b. AFD 2026-03 Chalk Mountain District Addition. The proposed ordinance would amend Section 3-212, Chalk Mountain Agricultural and Forestal District, to add Tax Map 98 Parcel 4. The district has a review period of 10 years and will next be reviewed in December 2029.
