Public Hearing for an Ordinance to Amend County Code Chapter 2, Compensation and Sign-on Incentives. To receive public comment on its intent to adopt an ordinance to amend County Code Chapter 2, Administration, by amending Section 2-909, Compensation and Sign-on Incentives, to permit the County Executive to authorize sign-on incentives as needed in response to market conditions and vacancies affecting critical services.
