To consider conveyance of a portion of the property and easements on County-owned Parcel 07600-00-00-054P0 (1600 5th St. Charlottesville VA, 22902) to the Virginia Department of Transportation. This conveyance is to facilitate the construction of road improvements at the intersection of 5th St. Extended and Old Lynchburg Rd.
