Spot Blight Declaration – 50 Churchill Lane, Parcel ID 07400-00-00-08200 (Samuel Miller District). To receive comments on a proposed ordinance to declare the Property located at 50 Churchill Lane, (Parcel ID 07400-00-00-08200) a blighted property. This ordinance would authorize the County Executive or his designee, on behalf of the Board, to acquire, hold, clear, repair, manage, or dispose of the Property and to recover the costs of any repair or disposal of such Property from the owner or owners of record, in accordance with Virginia Code 36-49.1:1.
