- Discussion and possible vote on receiving the Certification of Annexation Petition from the City Recorder for the annexation request by White Pine Engineering for Parcel Numbers 09-051-0014 and a portion of 09-065-0002. The parcels are located approximately north and east of approximately 400 West 150 North. The parcels total approximately 13.43 acres. The Public Hearing on the annexation request will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2026 no sooner than 6:35 P.M.
- Discussion and possible vote on amending the Final Plat for Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the Lee’s Richmond Subdivision located at approximately 185 North 200 West. Zoned HC (Highway Commercial).
