Discussion and possible vote on Resolution 2026-07, a Resolution accepting a Petition for Annexation on certain real property under provisions of Sections 10-2-804 and 10-2-806 Utah Code Annotated, 2025, as amended. The parcels being considered for annexation are located north and east of approximately 150 North 400 West and are approximately 13.43 acres. Parcel Numbers 09-046-0013 and 09-051-0014.
