Discuss and take possible action to approve the Interlocal Agreement between Hays County, City of Wimberley, City of Woodcreek, Wimberley Water Supply Corporation, The Watershed Association, and Texas State University regarding the cooperation on water supply and water resource preservation and development in the Wimberley Valley.
4. Discussion and possible action to approve and renew the Interlocal Agreement (ILA) between Hays County, City of Wimberley, City of Woodcreek, The Watershed Association, and Texas State University regarding the Implementation of the Blanco Cypress Watershed Protection Plan (BCWPP) and authorize the expenditure of allocated funds dedicated for this purpose in the fiscal year 2026-2027.
5. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Public hearing for the purpose of considering the overlay zoning change of applying MH-1, Manufactured Housing, zoning to the following designated areas, SF-4 in order to comply with State Law.
6. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Discuss and take possible action from the Public Hearing of considering the overlay zoning change of applying MH-1, Manufactured Housing, zoning to the following designated areas, SF-4 in order to comply with State Law.
7. Approve the 2027 City of Woodcreek Holiday Calendar.
8. Proclamation declaring October 2026 as Breast Cancer Awareness Month in the City of Woodcreek.
9. Discussion and Possible Action to approve the 2026 Update to The City of Woodcreek Emergency Operations Plan (EOP). (Hines)
10. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Approve the permanent appointment of Matt Pucci to the position of Grounds, Facilities, and Code Administrator, effective October 1, 2026, following successful completion of his 45-day probationary period, as recommended by the City Administrator. (Burton)
11. Approve Resolution No. 2026-10-14-01 designating the Official City Newspaper for the City of Woodcreek to be the Wimberley View.
12. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Discussion and possible action to approve and ratify the amended and corrected Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Tax Rate dedicated to Maintenance and Operations be $0.1064, and the total Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Tax Rate of $0.1847 as reflected in the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 budget pursuant to TEX. TAX CODE 26.05(A), thus correcting Ordinance No. 26-359.
