The governing body is not obligated to engage in dialogue with those present.
  4. Consider and take appropriate action on Resolution 2026-037 SECOND READING<br>A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WOLFFORTH AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF THE BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT GRANT PROGRAM TO PROMOTE NEW AND EXPANDED BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.
  5. Consider and take appropriate action on Resolution 2026-036 SECOND READING<br>A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WOLFFORTH AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A MARKETING GRANT PROGRAM TO PROMOTE NEW AND EXPANDED BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.
  6. <span style="margin-left:0in;">551.071 Consultation with Attorney: To consult with Attorney on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 – Open Meetings</span>

Consider and take appropriate action on Ordinance 2026-020<br>AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WOLFFORTH AMENDING CHAPTER 14 ZONING; AMENDING 14.05.011 OFF-STREET PARKING STANDARDS; AMENDING 14.08.004 DEFINED TERMS; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND ​PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
