Hold a Public Hearing and consider approval of Ordinance 2024-14, an amendment to the City's Code of Ordinances Chapter 9, Planning and Development, Article 9.02, Division 2, Section 9.02.053 related to plat waivers; repealing all Ordinances to the extent they are in conflict; providing for severability; and an effective date.
