3. Hold a public hearing and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding case CUP-26-002, an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the sale of alcohol for on-premises consumption and off-premises consumption at a property located at 151 Oldham, Wimberley, Texas.
