1. Approval of an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with the City of North Richland Hills for the purchase of goods and services from vendors selected through the competitive bidding process as authorized by Texas Government Code Section 791.025.
2. <u>Sec. 551.072 Deliberations about real property</u>: The City Council may deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person, including Parkview Villas Block 1 Lot 3, White Settlement, Texas.
3. Discuss and consider an agreement updating the White Settlement Police Department Inter-Jurisdictional Pursuit Policy.
4. Discuss and consider a resolution authorizing the White Settlement Police Department to continue participation in a Regional Law Enforcement Mutual Aid Task Force Agreement with other area law enforcement agencies; providing signatory authority; and providing an effective date<strong>.
5. Discuss and consider a Professional Services Agreement (PSA)with Freeze and Nichols, Inc. for the update of the Wastewater Master Plan in the amount of $281,000.00.
6. Presentation of an Appreciation Award to recognize individuals for their contribution to the 2023 Light the Night Christmas Parade.
