8. Approval of Resolution 2024-02-13-003 authorizing the purchase of real property described as Sunset Gardens Addition, Lot 17B, Block 8, also known as 7910 White Settlement Road, White Settlement, Tarrant County, Texas, 76108.
9. Discuss and Consider an increase of $193,265.41 to the previously approved BuyBoard quote from Digital Resources, for a total quote of $446, 078.00, for the purchase and installation of audio/visual equipment at Pecan Grove Convention Center.
10. <u>Sec. 551.072 Deliberations about real property</u>: The City Council may deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with a third person including property described as Lot 1 of Block 1 DJK Addition, Lots 1-3 of Block 1 Parkview Villas, and 7910 White Settlement Road, White Settlement, Texas.
