1. <u>Sec. 551.0761 DELIBERATION REGARDING CRTICIAL INFRASTRUCTURE</u>FACILITY: The City Council reserves the right to adjourn into Executive Session at any time during this meeting to deliberate a cybersecurity measure, policy, or contract solely intended to protect a critical infrastructure facility located within the City of White Settlement, including:<ol start="1" type="a"><li>White Settlement Water Master Plan and distribution system, hazardous waste treatment system, water treatment facility, water intake structure, wastewater treatment plant, pump station, or water pipeline and related support facility, equipment, and property.
2. Approval of a Professional Service Agreement with James DeOtte Engineering Inc., in the amount of $180,000.00 for the Raymond Avenue CIP Water and Sewer project.
3. Approval of a Professional Servicde Agreement with Freeze and Nichols, Inc. in the amount of $205,000.00 for a Water Master Plan.
4. Presentation of the Mayor's Community Kindness Recognition.
5. Mayor ProTem Introduction of the P.A.W.S. Pet of the Month.
6. Discuss and consider an appeal of BOA Dev Co., L.L.C., concerning denial of a sign permit application for a Message Board Sign to be located at 750 Alta Mere Drive.
7. <span>Approval of meeting minutes for June 2, June 9, June 10, June 16 & June 17, 2026.
8. Approval of an Engagement for Special Counsel Legal Services with Wyatt Hamilton Findlay on matters related to land use, economic development, and other such matters.
9. Approval of Resolution Number 2026-07-32-016 authorizing staff to submit a Texas Water Development Board Water Supply and Infrastructure Grant (WSIG) Application for an amount not to exceed $8,500,000 for the Gibbs Drive Water Line Replacement Project.
10. Approval of Ordinance Number 2026-07-16-028, correcting a scrivener’s error in Ordinance Number 2026.05.12.024 regarding the adopted editions of the ICC International Building Code, ICC International Residential Code, ICC International Plumbing Code, ICC International Mechanical Code, ICC International Existing Building Code, ICC International Fuel Gas Code, ICC International Energy Conservation Code, IICC International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, ICC International Property Maintenance Code, ICC Fire Code, and 2017 NFPA National Electric Code.
