McDonald Electric, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $289,468.00.
  2. <span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: Arial; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Discuss, consider and act regarding Resolution 26-20 approving a Landscape Maintenance Responsibility Transfer Agreement between the Town of Westlake (Town) and the Solana Property Maintenance Association (Association), to transfer the Town's operational and maintenance responsibilities for the Solana Irrigation Project located on SH 114 between coordinates 32.981381, -97.168760 and 32.982247, -97.166703 as depicted in attachment "Exhibit A", to the Association, and the Association desires to accept such responsibilities.
  3. <span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: Arial; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Discuss, consider and act to approve Resolution 26-19 to enter into a Landscape Maintenance Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for landscape improvements, including, but not limited to, the installation of trees, shrubs, and turf plantings; irrigation systems; and other aesthetic elements for areas within the right-of-way within the municipal limits of the Town of Westlake and generally located at the State Highway 114 and Solana Boulevard Interchange.
  4. <span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: Arial;">Section 551.071: Consultation with Academy Attorney to receive legal advice regarding <span style="font-size: 16px; font-family: Arial;" data-pasted="true"><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="color: black;" data-pasted="true">Memorandum of Understanding between Westlake Academy and the Westlake Academy Foundation.
