- Approval of the Lease Agreement for the use of Judge Gilbert Garza Park for Mid-Valley Youth Soccer FC League program from August 20th - November 8th 2025. (Staffed by Parks and Recreation Department.)
- Real Property - Discussion regarding the sale, purchase, exchange, lease or value of state-owned property being the northeast and southwest jughandles located along IH 2 and FM 1015 (International Blvd.) in Weslaco, Hidalgo County, Texas as authorized by Section §551.072 of the Texas Local Government Code.
