6. Discussion and consideration to award RFB NO. 2025-26-13 for City Grounds Maintenance for various facilities to the most responsive and responsible bidder being JC3 Lawn & Landscape not to exceed $70,900.00 from the date of approval for 1 year. (Staffed by Parks & Recreation Department.)
