5. Discussion and consideration to approve the purchase of a vehicle not to exceed $60,000 using federal asset forfeiture funds for a Task Force Officer. (Staffed by Police Department.)
6. Approval to declare surplus of the initial Judicial Robe issued to Presiding Municipal Court Judge Samuel Sanchez and allow him to purchase at fair market value. (Staffed by Court Administrator.)
