Consider action and approval of the First Amendment to the Exclusive Franchise Agreement between the City of Watauga and Frontier Texas Ventures I, LLC d/b/a Frontier Waste Solutions and to authorize the City Manager to enter into a franchise agreement extending the term of the agreement for solid waste collection services.
2. Consider approval of the purchase of Traffic Signal Pre-Emption Equipment Upgrades and Emergency Vehicle Integration, authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Consolidated Traffic Controls.
3. Discussion and action on approval to authorize the City of Watauga to enter into a Construction Contract with Warren Development & Construction LLC. for the construction of Park Vista Park - Trail and Landscape Improvements, pursuant to Bids #26-002, and to authorize the City Manager to execute all documents necessary to the contract.
4. Presentation of Employee of the Month Award for the month of June
