Discuss and consider an Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinances by amending Chapter 36 "Boards and Commissions and Committees", Article II "Rules and Procedures", Section 36-24 "Qualifications of members" by adding subsection (d) prohibiting relatives from serving on the same board, commission or committee. Discuss and consider adopting an Ordinance amending Chapter 36, Boards, Commissions and Committees, by repealing and replacing section 36-24(a), Qualifications of members and section 36-51(b) Venus Community Service Development Corporation (Type B), Section 36-57(c) Board of Adjustment, and section 36-55(a) Same- Organization and membership.
