4. Discuss negotiation of WWTP lease for Brahman Ranch with AUC and possible options for handling the claimed past due amounts.
5. Discuss and consider a Resolution for the Central Appraisal District of Johnson County Building Acquisition Proposal. (Hawthorne)
6. Discussion regarding potentially authorizing the use of eminent domain to condemn property rights in fee simple for land owned by the City of approximately 104.95 acres (4,571,447.76 sq. ft.) and generally located at 920 CR 110, for specified public purposes in compliance with Texas law and determining the necessity, public purpose, and public use of same, as well as for any other public purposes permitted by law, and all matters pertaining thereunto.
7. Discussion regarding the employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, resignation, or dismissal of a city officer or employee, unless such officer or employee requests a public hearing to wit: City Administrator.
8. Discuss and consider any recommendations or action taken by the Tax Increment Reinvestent Zone No. 1 Board regarding the status and future of TIRZ No. 1, including its financial condition and available options; and providing direction to staff and the City Attorney as appropriate. (Jackman)
9. Discuss and consider an Ordinance amending Chapter 36, "Boards, Commissions and Committees", Article III, "Specific provisions", by creating Section 36-60, "Parks Board", which is establishing a Parks and Recreation Board; providing for the appointment number terms, and places on Board Members; providing for filling of vacancies and removal; providing for Board governance and meetings; providing for powers and duties; providing for recommendations to the City Council and other matters.
