- Award an exclusive five-year contract for municipal solid waste services for the City of Universal City
- Resolution 914-B-2026: Authorizing an agreement between the City of Universal City and Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP to renew and extend a contingent fee contract for delinquent tax collection services by authorizing a collections fee in the amount of twenty percent (20%) to defray costs of collecting delinquent taxes, Tex. Prop. Tax Code Sec. 6.30, 33.07, 33.08, 33.11, and 33.48.
- PCs 633, 634, 635 & 636 & ZCs 268, 269, 270 & 271: Requests for Annexation, an amendment to the Future Land Use Plan, a Zone Change, and approval of a Development Agreement and PUD Preliminary & Final Plans at the northeast corner of FM 1518 N and Maske Road to allow a single-family subdivision and related amenities, per zoning ordinance 581.
- Ordinance No. 581-Y-PUD-2026-101: Amending the Zoning Map for approximately 73.67 acres at the northeast corner of FM 1518 N and Maske Road from R1-Large Lot Residential to PUD 2026-101 District and adopting the related Development Agreement and PUD Final Plans, per zoning ordinance 581.
- Ordinance No. 632-PC-634-FLUP-2026: Amending the Future Land Use Plan to change the land use designation from CC-Community Commercial to MD-Medium Density for an area of land, approximately 4.13 acres +/-, located within a larger tract of land, approximately 73.67 acres, located at the northeast corner of FM 1518 N and Maske Road, per zoning ordinance 581.
