Allen Survey, Abstract No. 7 and the JS Kenley Survey, Abstract No. 1641, Denton County, Texas, generally located north of Milson’s Point Drive and west of Trophy Park Drive; setting a public hearing for the annexation and authorizing the Town Secretary to cause notice of the hearing; and approving an amendment to the development agreement to add "The Kyle Wood Revocable Trust" as a party to the development agreement.
