Presentation and discussion regarding the Town’s Strategic Plan initiative to uphold housing standards through the development of policies to enhance and enforce residential property upkeep standards, including review of current regulations and potential policy direction. 11. <strong>CASE PD-AMD-26-003 - PD-27 Landscape Standards</strong><br data-pasted="true">Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance to amend Planned Development District No. 27 (PD-27), The Highlands at Trophy Club, at the request of the Town of Trophy Club, to revise the minimum required number of trees to one (1) tree per lot, aligning the Planned Development’s landscape standards with the Town’s base zoning ordinance requirements.
