  4. Resolution No 2026-137 authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract for the Lakeridge Drive Six-Inch Sewer Main Extension Project in an amount not to exceed $115,071.25. Funds are available in Utility's 2025-2026 budget in the Texas Capital Improvement Fund at $115,071.25
  5. Resolution No. 2026-143 authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract for the North Street Eight-Inch Water Looping Project in an amount not to exceed $65,177.50. Funds are available in Utility's 2025-2026 budget in the Texas Capital Improvement Fund at $65,177.50
  6. Resolution No. 2026-144 authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract for the Spring Lake Park Eight-Inch Sewer Replacement Project in an amount not to exceed $157,538. Funds are available in Utility's 2025-2026 budget in the Texas Capital Improvement Fund at $157,538.
  7. Resolution No. 2026-146 approving Change Order No. 1 for the Runway 4/22 Extension Overlay Project at the Texarkana Regional Airport; authorizing an additional one-inch asphalt overlay to increase the pavement section from five (5) inches to six (6) inches; authorizing an increase to the engineering contract with McClelland Consulting Engineers (MCE) and Tatum Excavating Company (TEC) in an amount, previously approved, not to exceed <span style="margin-left:0in;">Sixteen Million Eight Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars and Ten Cents ($16,856,165.10)</span>; and providing for related matters.
