1. Denton County Election Contract-Consider and act on approval of a contract with Denton County to conduct the November 5, 2024, special election.
2. Fire Department Contract- Consider and act on approval of an interlocal agrement with Lake Cities Fire Department for Fire and Emergency Management Services beginning October 2026.
3. SPAN-Consider and act on approval of the interlocal agreement. Consider and take appropriate action regarding approval or denial of the proposed interlocal agreement.
4. Interlocal Agreement Denton County- Consider and act on approval of an interlocal agrreement with Denton County for chip seal of Carolyn and Shahan Road and Shahan Lane.
5. 2. Use of USACOE (US Army Corps of Engineers) property-consider and act on authorizing the Mayor and town staff to pursue discussions with the USACOE regarding town use of the COE property and shoreline, including but not limited to the development of a possible lease agreement for future council approval.
6. <strong>Consultation with Town Attorney 551.072 (real estate) and 551.071 (legal)- Deliberation regarding real property - discussion relative to future purchase of land.
