2. Contract for Delinquent Fees — Consider and act on approval of a contract for collection of delinquent fees, including but not limited to court fines, delinquent taxes, delinquent solid waste fees, and delinquent code cases. The following contracts would need to be approved: Contract for the collection of Accounts Receiveable; a contract for the collection of delinquent taxes; a contract for the collection of delinquent solid waste accounts.
