  4. Minutes- Consider and act on approval of the minutes of the June 8th, 2026 Regular Town Council Meeting and the June 8th, 2026 Town Council Worksession.
  5. Park Board Bank Account- Consider and act on approval of a Resolution approving the opening of an account to hold donations to Shady Shores Park Projects.
  6. Ordinance Creating a Park Advisory Committee — Consider and act on approval of an Ordinance of the Town of Shady Shores, Texas, Amending Section 1.04 of the Code of Ordinances by repealing and replacing section 1.04.063 Volunteer Committees to create a park advisory committee. Appoint a council member to serve as liaison to the Park Advisory Committee. Reappoint council member liaison's if necessary to fill the vacancy that occurred when appointing an individual to serve as Park Advisory Liaison.
  7. Resolution- Consider and act on a Resolution approving membership in the North Central Texas Council of Governments.
