3. Ordinance - Film Friendly Texas- Consider and take appropriate action relative to the passage of an Ordinance of the Town of Shady Shores, Texas, Amending Chapter Four of the Code of Ordinances by adding section 4.05 to establish guidelines for media production and administrative procedures for certification through Film Friendly Texas.
4. Minutes- Consider and take appropriate action regarding the approval of the minutes of the July 13, 2026 Regular Town Council meeting and the July 20th, 2026 Special Called Meeting minutes.
5. Proclmation declaring September 2026 as <strong>"UNITED IS THE WAY"</strong> month on behalf of the United way.
6. Legislative Committee- Consider and act on the establishment of a legislative committee to explore upcoming bills put forth by the Texas Legislature during their upcoming session and advising council on the development of a Legislative Agenda for the Town of Shady Shores. Consider and act on the appointment of a staff member and or councilmember to serve as a liaison between the Committee and Town Council.
7. Proposed Tax Rate- Consider and act on approval of the proposed tax rate for the the 2026 Tax year; funding the 2026/27 FY Budget
8. Public Hearing Budget- Conduct a public hearing relative to the proposed 2026/2027 Fiscal Year Budget.
