1. Presentation of a Lifesaving Award to Officer Michael Dyer and Officer Matthew Sterling for the lifesaving efforts they provided on April 8, 2024.
2. Consider and take all appropriate action on the bid award of RFP# 2024-04, HVAC Maintenance, to Honeywell and approve an agreement with Honeywell for a term of three (3) years at an amount of $231,728.37 with two (2) optional year extensions and authorize the City Manager to execute all associated documents.
3. Consider and take all appropriate action on the approval of a proposal and Client Services Agreement (CSA) with Utility Associates, Inc. for police body-worn, in-car, and jail camera equipment and support for $350,000.00 over a five (5) year agreement term with a $140,000.00 initial one-time fee in the first year from the Crime District Fund (Fund 50) and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents.
