- Consider and take all appropriate action on the approval of coop TIPS contract #210 702 02 to construct the renovation of the Friendship Park restrooms in the amount of $58,457.11 as part of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds allocations and authorize the City Manager to execute all associated documents and amend the FY 2024 CIP to reflect this project.
- Consider and take all appropriate action on a Bid Award for Request for Qualifications (RFQ) #2024-10 On-Call Professional Services and authorize the City Manager to execute 14 Professional Services Agreements (PSAs) to perform services on a task order basis for each of the following consultants, approved as to form by the City Attorney, to cover 13 disciplines of work, identified by disciplines, professional services and technical support services for Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) related services. 1. - Consider and take all appropriate action on Resolution 2024-20 for acceptance of the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program Sub-Award DR-4485-0141 for the EOC/Police Department Generator.
