1. Consider and take all appropriate action on the renewal of a five (5) year contract between the City of Seabrook and PS Lightwave, with TIPS Purchasing Cooperative, for internet and Ethernet services in an amount of $57,078.00 for the term of the agreement and authorize the City Manager to execute agreement and all associated documents.
2. Consider and take all appropriate action on the approval of a coop; Sourcewell Contract # 081721-CXT, with CXT in the amount of $192,347.00 for purchase, delivery and installation of Denali 10'3" x 17'2" two single user fully accessible flush restrooms as part of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funds allocations and approve and authorize the City Manager to execute all associated documents.
3. Consider and take all appropriate action on a Joint Participation Interlocal Agreement between the City of Seabrook and Harris County in a City Funding Share of $500,000.00 towards the total estimated cost of $1,000,000.00 for the services of study, design and cost estimate construction costs for the reconstruction of North Meyer as part of the award of the 2024 Harris County Precinct 2 Partnership Grant and authorize the City Manager to sign the agreement.
