- <span style="font-size: 14px;">Consider and take all appropriate action on the approval of amendment #4 to the reallocation of remaining funds from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds and amendment of the FY 2025 CIP Program to approve a contract with Foster Fence for the fence replacement at Baybrook Park (Buyboard 657-21) in an amount not to exceed $12,898.00 and authorize the City Manager to execute all associated documents.
- Consider and take all appropriate action on Task Order 2024-01 with Ardurra LLC, under the Professional Services Agreement for Hazard Mitigation Grant Management Services, for the preparation and grant applications for the Seabrook Early Warning System and the NASA Water Line Relocation projects in an amount not to exceed $17,500.00 and authorize the City Manager to execute all associated documents.
