- Consider and take all appropriate action on bid award for RFP 2025-3-110, HMGP 4585 City of Seabrook Emergency Operations Center Generator to McDonald Municipal and Industrial for an amount not to exceed $151,269.00 and authorize the City Manager to execute a contract and all associated documents. This project is an approved HMGP Grant for 10% Local and 90% Federal; Local obligation will be $15,126.90.
- Consider and take all appropriate action on the second reading of Ordinance 2025-06, Disannexation of additional property of Port of Houston Authority (PHA) pursuant to Amendment No. 3 of the Memorandum of Settlement Agreement.
