Consider and take all appropriate action on a bid award for RFQ 2025-09 for Professional Auditing Services to the firm Whitley Penn, LLP, as the external auditors to perform an independent audit of the financial statements of the city for the fiscal years ending September 30, 2025 and 2026, and 2027 and 2028 with the option to extend this contract for one or two fiscal years and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract.
