2. Consider and take all appropriate action on a first and final reading of Ordinance 2025-16, Fiscal Year 2025 Budget Amendment No. 5.
3. Consider and take all appropriate action on approval of a proposal from Duplantis Design Group, PC (DDG) for professional design services on the East Meyer Paving project, Seabrook CIP S26, in the amount of $183,940 plus reimbursable expenses.
