1. Consider and take all appropriate action on the authorization of a Tender Agreement with Continental Casualty Company for the Seabrook Volunteer Fire Station Addition and Renovation project and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and all associated documents.
2. Consider and take all appropriate action on a request by the Police Department to engage in a one-year trial period for a Drone as First Responder (DFR) program, a no-cost agreement with Brinc for a single aircraft DFR to evaluate its benefits to the City of Seabrook and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and associated documents.
3. Consider and take all appropriate action to approve an American Institute of Architects (AIA) agreement with MCA Construction as the substitute contractor for the Seabrook Volunteer Fire Station Addition and Renovation project in an amount not to exceed of $2,494,074.00 and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and all associated documents.
4. Consider and take all appropriate action on the ratification of an incentive agreement for a Small Business Development Grant between Merlion Restaurant and Seabrook Economic Development Corporation for a maximum amount of $26,900.00
5. Consider and take all appropriate action on the ratification of an incentive agreement for a New Construction & Development Grant between Neighborhood Tap and Seabrook Economic Development Corporation for a maximum amount of $200,000.00
6. Consider and take all appropriate action on the bid award of RFP 2026-06-347 for the Pine Gully Pier Demolition and Construction Services (CIP P27) to SR Trident in an amount of $ 2,045,671.26 with selection of Project Alternate 1 Piling selected and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and all associated documents.
7. Consider and take all appropriate action on a Job Order Contract (JOC) with Corestone Construction in an amount of $184,676.36 for CIP S-34, Rural Street Preventive Maintenance Project, through Choice Partners purchasing cooperative Contract # 25/03MR-16 and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract and all associated documents.
