1. Consider and take all appropriate action on the purchase of a picnic shelter structure at Wildlife Park from May Recreation Equipment through the purchasing cooperative BuyBoard Contract #781-25 in the amount of $28,979.00, to recognize and use the Helen Burton Donation fund. This item will require supplemental funding from Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) Fund 28 and will require a CIP amendment.
2. Consider and take all appropriate action regarding the award of Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 2026-09 for a Financial Audit of the 2021 Impact Fees to Baker Tilly US, LLC and authorize the City Manager to execute the associated contract.
3. Consider and take all appropriate action on the approval of a Request for Proposals (RFP) #2026-07, Health & Welfare, for employee medical and prescription benefits with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX), dental insurance with Aetna, and vision insurance with Superior Vision for plan year 2026-2027 and authorize the City Manager to execute the associated contract documents.
4. Consider and take all appropriate action on approval of renewals in Request for Proposals (RFP) #2026-07, Health & Welfare Benefits, for Ancillary Plans to include Life & Disability with Symetra, FSA and COBRA with Surency, Health Saving Account (HSA) with HSA Bank, Legal Protection & ID Theft with LegalShield, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with Aetna, Voluntary Benefits with Colonial Life, and Long Term Care with Unum for plan year 2026-2027 and authorize the City Manager to execute the associated contract documents.
5. Consider and take all appropriate action regarding Amendment No. 2 to the Fiscal Year 2026 Capital Improvement Program.
6. Consider and take all appropriate action on first and final reading of Ordinance 2026-09, Budget Amendment No. 3, Amending the Budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2025 and ending September 30, 2026 for General Fund, Hotel Occupancy Tax (HOT) Fund, Public Educational and Governmental Fund (PEG), Economic Development Corporation (EDC) Fund, and General Fund Vehicle Equipment Replacement Fund.
