1. Consider and take all appropriate action on the approval of Task Order # 6 with Duplantis Design Group (DDG) under the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) in an amount not to exceed $135,120.00 to design CIP S-33 1<sup data-pasted="true">st</sup> Street Reconstruction Project, and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment and all associated documents.
2. Conduct a Closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections:<br><br><strong>551.072 </strong>Deliberate and consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located in the City of Seabrook, Texas;<br><br><strong>551.071 </strong>Consultation with attorney regarding legal matters.
3. Consider and take all appropriate action on Resolution 2026-16 approving an Interlocal Cooperation Contract between the City of Seabrook, Texas Municipal Court and the Texas Department of Public Safety for use of the Texas Conviction Reporting (TXCR) system, and authorizing the City Manager to execute the Contract on behalf of the City.
