2. Consider and take all appropriate action on the approval of the minutes from the August 13, 2026 regular EDC meeting.
3. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Consider and take all appropriate action on the replacement, upgrade, and enhancement of citywide directional signs by National Sign Plazas, Inc., in the amount not to exceed $20,500.
