1. Consider and take all appropriate action on the approval of the minutes of the July 13, 2026 regular Board of Adjustment/Building Standards Commission meeting.
2. Consider and take action to nominate and appoint a Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson for the Seabrook Board of Adjustment/Building and Standards Commission, as required by the Rules of Procedure of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Seabrook, Texas.
3. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Conduct a public hearing on a request for a variance to Chapter 18, "Building and Building Regulations," Division 9, "Swimming Pools," Section 18-357(5) of the City of Seabrook Code of Ordinances to permit the construction of a swimming pool within the required corner side yard, and to allow the water's edge of the swimming pool to be located less than the required five-foot setback from the side and front property line.
