Consider and take all appropriate action on the first and final reading of Ordinance 2026-26, "Tax Ordinance," levying the Ad Valorem property tax of the City of Seabrook on all taxable property within the corporate limits of the city on January 1, 2026, and adopting a tax rate of <strong>$0.471925 </strong>per $100 of valuation for 2026; providing revenues for payment of current municipal maintenance and operation expenses and for payment of principal and interest on outstanding debt.
3. Presentation and overview of the Seabrook Crime Control and Prevention District for the special fund.
4. Consider and take all appropriate action on the first and final reading of Ordinance 2026-23, "City of Seabrook General, Enterprise, Special and Capital Funds to include the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for FY2027."
5. Consider and take all appropriate action on the first and final reading of Ordinance 2026-24, "Seabrook Economic Development Corporation Budget for FY2027."
6. Consider and take all appropriate action on the first and final reading of Ordinance 2026-25, "Seabrook Crime Control and Prevention District Budget for FY2027."
7. Consider and take all appropriate action on the approval of the Seabrook Crime Control and Prevention District FY 2026-2027 budget.
