- Consideration and possible action to approve the Second and Final Reading of Ordinance Number 2252-X-09-2024 requesting to rezone a property located on South Sam Houston Boulevard and Yost Road, bearing a Legal Description of: Tract II being a 0.603-acre tract of land out of Block 25, San Benito Land and Water Company Subdivision, as recorded in Volume 1, Page 6 of the Map Records of Cameron County, Texas; and further being out of certain 1.42-acre tract recorded in Volume 5458, Page 274, Official Records, Cameron County, Texas from AO “Agriculture and Open Space” to C-1 “Commercial Restricted Business”. Applicant: Orangetree Management Corporation.
- Consideration and possible action to approve Payment Number 1 to Cornett Construction Company for the reconstruction of Lift Station Number 6, Alamo Improvements Project, in the amount of $376,129.28.
- Consideration and possible action to approve the Second and Final Reading of Ordinance Number 2252-V-09-2024 requesting to rezone a property located on Zillock Road, bearing a legal description of: Being 37.592 acre (1,637,507.52 square feet) tract of land out of block 118, San Benito Land and Water Company Subdivision, Cameron County, Texas according to the map thereof recorded in Volume 1, Page 6, Map Records, Cameron County, Texas from MF “Multi-Family Residential” to MH “Mobile Home”. Applicant: Equity Lifestyle Properties.
- Consideration and possible action to approve payment to GDJ Engineering for the San Benito Drainage, Water and Sewer System Survey, and the Geographic Information Systems Dashboard Development, in the amount of $54,729.42.
