Ordinance approving a contract with SHI Government Solutions, Inc., to provide the City of San Antonio with product licensing, implementation, and development services for Signify, a scalable digital referral and case management platform for a total contract value of $665,925.00 over a five-year period. Initial implementation is proposed for the Department of Human Services, and the Training for Job Success and SA Ready to Work programs. Funding for the initial implementation in the amount of $202,125.00 is available from the FY 2021 Information Technology Services Department Capital Budget.
