Ordinance amending the Health Implementation and Recovery & Resiliency Plan, accepting additional COVID-19 related grants through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act, Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSA) and American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), authorizing an agreement with Bexar County in an amount of $5.5 Million for administration of Bexar County’s Emergency Rental Assistance and authorizing the City Manager to take any and all necessary steps to include the negotiation and execution of agreements to implement programs and priorities consistent with federal grant criteria to include the expenditure, reimbursement and allocation of funds.
